DAY 01 Arrive Delhi
Arrive in Delhi. You would arrive at around Midnight. Our Representatives
would welcome you at the Airport and transfer to the Hotel.
DAY 02 : SIGHTSEEING OF DELHI
After Breakfast you begin the Sightseeing of Delhi. Visit the Qutab Minar, a
Tower of Victory that was built in the 12th century by Qutbuddin Aibak. Within
its spacious courtyard stands the Iron Pillar, which dates back to the 4th
century AD and bears a Sanskrit inscription in the Gupta style. The pillar has
puzzled scientists, as its iron has not rusted in all these centuries. The
tomb of Humayun - the magnificent structure in red sandstone and white marble
is one of the finest examples of the garden tomb, and a precursor to the Taj
Mahal. Its proportionate spaces, double dome and refined elegance are
characteristic of Mughal architecture. Also visit India Gate, the memorial of
the First World War and the road that leads from there to Rashtrapathi Bhawan
-the residence of the President of India which is flanked by the houses of
Parliament and the Government Secretariat buildings.
DAY 02 Delhi / Nagpur / (By Flight) / Kanha (By Surface 260kms.)
Early Morning Transfer to the Domestic Airport to connect to your Flight to
Nagpur. Upon arrival drive to Kanha National Park. Kanha National Park is
spread over 1,945 sq. km of dense forests, interspersed with extensive meadows
and trees and clumps of wild bamboo. The forest harbors a large numbers of
herbivores. There are 175 varieties of birds in Kanha National Park . The
terrain inside the park is varied, nonetheless enjoyable.
DAY 03 At Kanha
Early morning and evening viewing in Kanha by jeep and/or elephant back
safari.
DAY 04 Kanha / Bandhavgarh (By Surface 325kms)
After breakfast drive to Bandhavgarh. Set amongst the Vindhyas, in Madhya
Pradesh. It is small in size but with the highest known density of tiger
population in India including white. The other species found in abundance here
are the gaur or Indian bison, the Sambar, the barking deer and the Nilgai.
DAY 05 Bandhavgarh
Enjoy morning and evening Jeep safaris and Elephant safaris, stay overnight in
jungle lodges.
DAY 06 Bandhavgarh /Khajuraho (By Surface 350kms)
After breakfast drive on to Khajuraho. Upon arrival check into the hotel, rest
of the day at leisure.
DAY 07 Khajuraho
Early Morning excursion to Panna National Park to explore the Park and trail
the Tiger in his habitat. Return to the Hotel.
Afternoon Excursion to Panna National Park to another Jeep ride through the
National Park once again.
DAY 08 Khajuraho / Agra
This morning visit the Eastern and Western Group of Temples in Khajuraho,
which are the remains of the 85 Temples which were built between 950 1050AD.
In present times only 22 are remaining and the temples of Kandariya Mahadeo,
Lakshmana and Chaunsath Yogini Temple.
Later drive from Agra to Jhansi and board the Shatabdi Express Train to Agra.
Upon Arrival transfer to the Hotel.
DAY 09 Agra / Bharatpur (By Surface)
Morning after Breakfast visit the Monment of Love,The Taj Mahal and also the
Red Fort & Itimad ud Daula. Later drive to Bharatpur.
DAY 10 Bharatpur
Bharatpur wildlife sanctuary is one of the finest bird parks in the world. It
is a reserve that offers protection to faunal species as well. Nesting
indigenous water-birds as well as migratory water birds and waterside birds;
Sambar, Chital, Nilgai, and Boar also inhabit this sanctuary. It also harbors
some of India 's richest birdlife, including the gorgeous shocking-pink tinted
painted stork, several species of cormorants, egrets, pelicans, ibises,
cranes, ducks and geese. Enjoy a day inside the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary on a
cycle rickshaw. Have a picnic lunch in the Reserve itself.
DAY 11 Bharatpur / Ranthambore (By Train)
Early morning board the train to Ranthambore National park . It is famous for
its tigers and is one of the best places in the country to see these majestic
predators in the wild. The tigers can be easily spotted even during the day.
The Park covers an area of nearly 400 sq. km. and is set between the Aravali
and Vindhya ranges. Its forests were once a part of the magnificent jungles of
Central India .
Enjoy the game drive through the park.
DAY 12 Ranthambore
Early morning and evening safari by jeep and/or elephant back.
DAY 13 Ranthambore / Jaipur (By Surface 157kms)
Morning depart for Jaipur. Jaipur is the Capital City of Rajasthan, A state
that still flaunts its color, boasts of its royalty and where the old world
charm still comes alive.
Upon Arrival Check into the Hotel.
DAY 14 Jaipur
After breakfast, excursion to Amber the old capital of Jaipur rulers. Ride on
back of an elephant from the foot of the hill up to the gates of the fortress.
Afternoon sight seeing tour of Jaipur includes Maharajas Museum and Jai Singh
Astronomical Observatory and Hawa Mahal.
DAY 15 Jaipur Samode
After a leisurely breakfast drive to Samode. Samode is a small village just at
a distance of 60 kms and brings you to a different world. A world of the
Maharajas, palaces and royal hospitality. Feel at home in the luxury and
royalty of the Samode Palace for we intend to give you a day off to unwind
into the lapse of comfort after the long 02 weeks of tiger trail.
Day at Leisure or indulge in a Ayurveda Spa / Massage Treatment.
Day 16 Samode Delhi Airport.
After breakfast we drive to Delhi. 200 kms / 5 hrs. Upon arrival we hold day
rooms for you at the hotel not too far from the airport for wash & change.
Dinner at the Hotel.
Transfer to the Airport to board your onward flight back home
